This temporary Privacy Notice explains how PRNSN.WORK handles information for QR wearable orders, account dashboards, cart sync, and QR management.
We collect account information such as email, name, and sign-in provider details; order information such as product, size, add-ons, payment provider, shipping address, and order status; and QR management data such as serials, slugs, destination content, uploaded logos, and dashboard changes.
If you are not signed in, your cart is stored locally in your browser. If you sign in, we may sync your current cart to your account so you can continue checkout from the same account.
Payments are handled by payment providers such as Stripe or Midtrans. Production, fulfillment, delivery, and tracking may involve third-party partners. We share only the information needed to process payment, produce your item, deliver your order, and support order status updates.
QR content you create may be displayed publicly when someone scans your QR code or visits your QR page. Uploaded logos or images may be stored with our infrastructure providers so they can be shown through the QR experience.
We use information to operate the shop, maintain accounts, process orders, provide QR management, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, improve the product, and communicate about orders or account support.
We keep account, order, and QR records for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain QR serial ownership history.
You can update QR content from your dashboard, remove local cart data by clearing your cart or browser storage, and contact us for account or privacy questions. Some order records may need to be retained for business, tax, fraud prevention, or legal reasons.
