Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the PRNSN.WORK website (prnsn.work) operated by PRNSN.WORK. These terms govern your access to and use of our website, products, and QR code redirection services.
By accessing or using the PRNSN.WORK website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse any order. Prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and are subject to change without notice. Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled except as described in our returns policy.
Each garment ships with a unique, permanent serial number and associated QR code. Upon claiming your serial through an account, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable (except via the in-app transfer feature) licence to redirect the QR code destination URL. You may not use your QR code destination for illegal, harmful, or deceptive content. PRNSN.WORK reserves the right to suspend or permanently revoke QR code redirection access for serials linked to prohibited content.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of PRNSN.WORK or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
We currently ship within Indonesia. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion. QR code redirection services are non-refundable once a serial has been claimed and activated.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PRNSN.WORK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will note the date of the most recent revision at the top of this page.
